Joined Dunboyne Fitclub at the very beginning and can only say it has gone from strength to strength. Every class is different and Greg not only works on strength and conditioning but also is on hand for nutrional advice too. Edel and Ross are hard task masters also !! The atmosphere is fantastic and I have made so many new friends and enjoy every class i attend. We have taken part in Hell and Back adventure race for the last 2 years and that has been brilliant. A mixed class that works on lifting weights to suit everyones strength with plenty of spicy metcons thrown in for good measure. Can honestly say I leave every class knowing I have worked hard so not much more you can ask for . Def the place to get a fantastic workout

It's a lot more than a Gym , it's a lot of things to a lot of people of all shapes and sizes , but it is an experience I don't think you will get anywhere else, The instructors are superb and live what they teach " don't be surprised if one is actually doing the burpees beside you"
They are constantly encouraging you to reach your goals and go the extra mile time and again for their members , I am 3 years training with Greg, Edel and Ross it has been and still is a fantastic place to train , the members are also a huge part and encourage each other , I'm fitter, stronger and healthier now heading towards my 50s than I was heading towards my 40s and that is thanks to Dunboyne Fitclub , I would encourage all to give it a go you won't regret it 3 hours a week = 3 classes to get you into possibly the best shape of your life , hope to see you at Dunboyne Fitclub soon I know you won't regret it , so give it a go

First off let me say that I was never a fan of gyms....I'd join and after a few weeks would totally lose interest. After losing weight a few years back I was looking for something to help keep the weight off and to help me tone up. I joined Fitclub about a year and a half ago and have gone from training two nights a week to 4/5 nights a week. I love it....plain and simple and the support everyone gets from Greg, Edel and Ross is outstanding. Aswell as the exercise aspect of things I find the support and encouragement I get from all my fellow Fitclubbers amazing and I'm glad to say I've made some wonderful friends. I find myself now planning things that I would have never even considered before.....mini marathons, 5k runs, runamucks and Hell and Back.....I'm constantly being challenged and I love it :) If I don't train every few days I get narky.......and believe me that's saying something.
