             GETTING STARTED

 

Our  classes cover a variety of training methods .  there will be conditioning portions to every class as well as a strength. These classes are ideal for people looking to improve general fitness, improve sports performance or just look good but before people can join FITCLUB  strength & conditioining  classes , everyone must complete an intro Course . Our intro Course brings a  member up to speed with our movements, structure of training/classes and general ethos we have at Dunboyne FITCLUB

 

 

 

              WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Here is a break down and what to expect of a typical FITCLUB class …

  • Short warm up – Consisting of some prehab and movements that mirror and prep the body for the upcoming movements within the workout

  • Strength work – The Strength portion of the workout, will focus on improving techniqe as well as strength . Only if your technique is good enough willl you increase the load.

  • Conditioning – the high intensity portion of the class. This is where our work capacity is built. Conditioning sessions are closely monitored and scaled to the needs of the individual. Here, more does not always equal better.

  • Stretch / Review – a chance to recover after all the hard work. Also a chance to review the prior workout talk tactics on upcoming workouts, cover any topics thats important to our collective improvement

 We programme workouts and utilize training techniques that will safely and effectively increase your capability in the  ten physical skills . We'll coach & help  you to excel in each of these areas so your FITTER - FASTER - STRONGER
